GETTING PLANNING CONSENT
Brent planners insisted that Berkeley should build live work units o­n the site which was formerly zoned for employment uses. They also dictated the amount of amenity space that would be available in the development.

FUNDING
No public funding or assistance. Funded from the company's own reserves.

TARGET MARKET: young professionals looking for a mix of living and working space and aspiring to accommodation in nearby Notting Hill Gate but unable to afford it

No plan to dictate the use of the live work units
